Being a teenager can be tough, trying to cope with school pressures, relationship challenges, and sometimes the unrealistic expectations set by social media which can make the journey of figuring out who you are feel hard at times.
Teenagers tell me they sometimes feel different to others, like they don’t fit in, can feel alone and that no one understands them. They sometimes feel angry or scared but keep their feelings inside and don’t always share how they really feel.
In therapy, we will go at your pace and explore what matters most to you. Together, we’ll work on managing difficult emotions and breaking free from negative thoughts. This journey will help you build confidence and the belief that you can choose your own future.
